RHUBARB

Rhubarb is of Asian origin and has only been known in Europe for about two hundred years. It serves as a fruit when cultivated for making jam or delicious rhubarb pies, but botanically, it is actually a vegetable. Rhubarb is well-known for its laxative effect. Rich in calcium, magnesium, potassium, and phosphorus, rhubarb is a very good dietary supplement, especially for digestion.

Rhubarb

Rhubarb is a perennial plant whose stalks are consumed and are known for their sour and refreshing taste. Its stalks, usually green or red, are often used in desserts, such as pies and crumbles, where their acidity balances the sweetness of other ingredients. Rhubarb is also delicious as a compote or jam, often paired with other fruits. Rich in fiber, as well as vitamins K and C, it contributes to a healthy diet.
